Activity description :

Come and learn the basics of coffee tasting in an exceptional setting in the heart of Paris. You'll have the opportunity to taste 3 exceptional coffees whose flavors and aromas will take you around the world.

Course of the tasting (2h):

• Presentation of the different terroirs, cultivation and processing stages of green coffees.
• Explanation and demonstration of roasting methods and their influence on coffee flavors.
• Introduction to cupping, the art of coffee tasting. This method is used by roasters to assess the quality of their coffee.
• Tasting of 3 coffees & introduction to their aromatic palettes.
• Each participant will leave with 3 exceptional pure-origin coffees representing a journey around 3 destinations.

About Yadh: France's only Master Roaster and Barista, Yadh has been practicing for nearly 20 years and is a World Barista Championship award winner.
