I was lucky enough to receive as a gift an experience combining wine tasting and cooking classes. The tasting part, led by Isabelle, was fascinating: between the history of wines and the discovery of aromas, it was both instructive and convivial. We then moved on to a cooking workshop led by a chef, a very enjoyable and participatory experience. Finally, we tasted our own dishes to match the wines we'd explored earlier.
