Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Welcome and introduction to the chef
- Discovery of the laboratory, utensils and ingredients
- Leavening & kneading: gluten development and perfect dough
- Rolling & shaping: three-strand plaits, brioches with heads or individual brioches...
- Fermentation and baking: why patience is the most important ingredient in a recipe.
As well as the recipe, Géraldine will share her professional tips and little secrets with you. You'll leave with your own creations to delight your loved ones, as well as the complete recipe card.
