Ceramic throwing workshop in Paris 14th arrondissement

Introduce yourself to the potter's wheel in a small group workshop lasting 2h-2h30, led and supervised by a ceramist. Learn about ceramics and working with clay, and create your first pieces with your own hands.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Meet at the workshop located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
• You'll learn the basic gestures and shape your first earthenware pieces. The session includes a demonstration by the ceramist, practice on one wheel per person, and cleaning of wheels and equipment for each person.
• You can keep the piece of your choice.
• After the workshop, the team will glaze and fire your piece in their potter's kilns at 1000 degrees. Your piece will be available a few days later, finished and ready for everyday use. Turned pieces are kept for a maximum of 2 months. They must be picked up within this period.
