Cendre, a professional ceramist with a passion for her craft, welcomes you to the center of Saint-Étienne for an introduction to the potter's wheel! It's a place open to all those who want to discover and practice potter's wheel. You'll learn the basics and expand your knowledge of the world of ceramics!

Workshop schedule (4 hours) :

• Explanation of basic techniques and clay preparation
• Cendre will show you how to homogenize the clay and build up the walls using the pre-firing gesture.
• Several clay balls will be at your disposal to give free rein to your creativity.
• She will guide you in the shaping of your cups, bowls and handles
• Choice of white glazes (more or less matte) to bring a touch of grace to your creations.
• The ceramist will finalize your creations (drying, firing and glazing), which you'll pick up a few weeks later.
