Come and discover the work of a Champagne winemaker during a walk through the vineyards. We'll take you on a stroll through the slopes and plots of land of the Maison to learn about the different stages of the vineyard throughout the year. The tour concludes with a tasting of 2 Champagnes.

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Departure for the plots: explanation of the vineyard work process and the specificities of Champagne vineyards, especially those of the Mailly-Champagne Grand Cru .
• Explanation of new, more sustainable viticulture methods to reduce environmental impact. The estate has been awarded the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" and "Viticulture Durable en Champagne" certifications.
• Tasting of 2 Champagnes of different strengths. During this tasting, you'll find the reflection of the terroir, the limestone soil and the work of the winemaker.
