A very enjoyable workshop in the company of Nathan and others interested in discovering new cheeses. The workshop focused on cheese, with 2 different wines to accompany the various tastings and games.

Thanks to his explanations and games, Nathan was able to make us appreciate several types of cheese and also gave us the keys to getting to know other cheeses better. Nathan is very friendly and knows how to put the whole group at ease.

I received this cheese tasting as a gift for my birthday and it was a success! Nathan was very welcoming: friendly and educational. We enjoyed the various activities and experiments on offer around the discovery of cheeses. I particularly enjoyed learning about the range of scents and the vocabulary surrounding tastes and textures. The cheeses were varied and interesting. Thank you for a great evening!
