A top-notch chocolate workshop! A really super chocolatier: passionate, highly competent and super nice, with great ideas to make the workshop even more enjoyable and original. The organization was perfect: between the chocolate-making, the quiz on the theme and the discussions, everything went perfectly. She was very flexible in adapting to each participant and was very accommodating when it came to dates. We really felt at ease, we laughed a lot, all in a warm atmosphere and a very pleasant setting. Marlène has nothing to change. Her welcome, her pedagogy, her smile, her professionalism, her kindness, her humor, her expansiveness and the setting of her laboratory made this experience a memorable one.
