Very disappointing workshop, experience not as described This workshop had been booked as a birthday surprise. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the description. The workshop was untidy, with boxes, various objects and materials stored in the workspace. The state of cleanliness was also questionable (animal hair visible on the floor). The proposed activity does not correspond to what one would expect from a chocolate workshop: no actual chocolate making. We simply poured already melted chocolate into basic plastic molds and assembled these elements with pre-existing balls, and tasted nuggets from industrial containers. Most of the time was taken up with a monologue on his part, with or without any connection to chocolate making. Given the price and the platform's promise, the experience was very disappointing. Following our detailed complaint, Funbooker refused to take any responsibility and sent us back to the service provider, even though the booking and payment had been made via the platform. I would advise against this workshop and regret Funbooker's lack of control and customer protection in this particular case.

The place is quite simply unsuitable for making chocolate, so filthy are the 4 corners of the workshop. Beyond the very, very dirty (piles of dust and chocolates on the floor, molds that haven't been cleaned, and so on), there's an improbable mess and products that seem to have been open for far too long. Hygiene rules are not respected (a fallen microfiber cloth is used to clean our molds). The manager talks more about her private life than she teaches you about the world of chocolate. This is a workshop to avoid if you don't want to waste your money and your time!

Gourmet workshop, given by a passionate chocolatier, we can't fault her. On the other hand, paying attention to hygiene, trying to clean utensils before giving them to us, giving plates rather than leaving them on the table for tastings would not be too much, and washing hands before touching our chocolate creations would not be too much. Otherwise, Marlène is pleasant and teaches us about chocolate. I recommend it for children, couples!
