Activity description :

With family or friends, for up to 9 people, discover the adventure of raw cocoa. You'll discover the whole world of chocolate and its history, from the bean to the transformation into a delicious delicacy. You'll also have the chance to make some delicious truffles!

Course of the activity (1h30):

First, we'll explain the history of chocolate through the ages and the creation of this very special raw chocolate by Frédéric Marr.
You'll learn all about the "Bean to bar" chocolate-making process, from bean to bar. It's all done cold, to keep the cocoa's virtues intact.
Let's get hands-on! Accompanied by an artisan, you'll make raw chocolate truffles to take home.
A small tasting session at the end of the workshop will round off your experience.

Enjoy a visual and olfactory experience, and leave with your treats and a wealth of knowledge about chocolate.
