Activity description :

Come and experience a half-day or a full day of sport in the heart of nature, to surpass your limits and develop your bodily instrumental faculties while practicing energized and muscular activities guided by experienced coaches!

Activities take place on the Fosse 11/19 site, overlooking Europe's highest twin slag heaps, or on the Terrils 84-101 and 105 site, Europe's largest.

Your Commando Boot Camp course near Lens

Duration: half-day or full day - From 18 years - Must be in good physical condition

18 obstacles and crossings for a thrilling experience. Training is based on the use of body weight and the environment, and most of the exercises will develop a high level of static and dynamic gainage. The aim is to optimize spatial orientation, visualization, reaction time, manual dexterity and overall body coordination.

Your guide: you will be accompanied by Sergio, a former member of the paratroopers commandos, or a member of his team. All instructors guarantee maximum safety.

  • You must provide a medical certificate of fitness for outdoor sporting activities.
  • A telephone contact must be made 15 days before the date of the activity for the practical part, as a discharge must be validated beforehand.
  • This course is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or pregnant women.
  • You must bring 1 backpack, 1 water bottle and 1 change of clothes. Outdoor clothing with running shoes.
