This course is a unique and intensive training program, with a powerful style and circuitous exercises in and out of the water, to keep you fit and push your limits in a fun environment.
Your guide: you'll be accompanied by Sergio or a member of his team. All instructors guarantee maximum safety.

- Water sports: underwater and on-water crossing, paddle combat, water jousting, raft building, nautical courses.
