Build and assemble your own folding knife with Thomas! In a friendly atmosphere, discover the basics of artisan cutlery and create a unique piece combining stainless steel and natural wood. From the shaping of the handle to the final assembly, learn the precise gestures that give birth to a true craftsman's knife.

Workshop schedule (7h) :

• Welcome and introduction: welcome with a cup of coffee, introduction to the workshop, the materials and the different stages of production.
• Adjusting the metal parts: start by working the stainless steel, adjusting the various parts that will make up the folding knife's mechanism.
• Shaping the handle: choose from a range of wood types to personalize your knife, then drill, trim and shape the handle.
• Assembly and riveting: once all the parts have been finalized, assemble them with precision and rivet to secure the whole.
• Finishing and sharpening: put the finishing touches to the knife, fine-tune the details and finish by sharpening the blade to ensure a functional, long-lasting knife.
