Activity description :

Come and discover Reunion gastronomy with Annabel in her cooking workshop located in a typical Breton stone house in the heart of the Mené countryside. You'll learn how to make genuine Reunion bouchons and West Indian boudins.

Workshop schedule (3h30):

  • Welcome and apron distribution for each participant
  • Culinary creations: you'll learn how to make genuine West Indian boudins, from stuffing with fresh blood to cooking with natural gut. Then you'll make bouchons from Reunion, a cousin of Chinese dimsus. You'll make the stuffing and the coating paste before cooking them.
  • You'll leave with your own creations to share with friends and family.

This workshop is the perfect way to discover the richness of Reunionese cuisine! It's also a great activity to enjoy with family and friends!
