Workshop itinerary:

• Designing your knife: sketch your design and choose the blade shape, the type of wood for the handle, and the desired patterns.
• Creating Damascus steel: Discover how to layer and forge different types of steel, then fold them to create a bar composed of 30 to 100 layers.
• Shaping the blade: Prepare the steel, perform the heat treatment, and gradually shape the blade through trimming and grinding.
• Handle construction: Select and work the wood before cutting and fitting the pieces that will make up the handle.
• Assembly and finishing: attach the handle, refine the finish, and sharpen the blade to complete your knife.
