Discover how beer can enhance a dish! During this gourmet workshop, you'll explore theworld of food and beer pairings through a guided tasting and sensory approach. Each selected beer will be paired with a product to reveal surprising harmonies or tasty contrasts.
Workshop schedule (2h) :
- Introduction to the principles of pairing: complement, contrast, resonance
- Tasting of different local craft beers with matching appetizers (cheese, charcuterie, etc.)
- Deciphering beer styles and taste families
- Tips for creating your own pairings at home
- Bonus: at the end of the workshop, you'll receive a 10% discount on the entire boutique.
The aim of this workshop is to refine your palate, understand the impact of cross-flavors, and open you up to a new way of enjoying beer at the table.
