Introduction to microlight piloting in Luçon (85)

Activity description :

Come and discover the South of the Vendée and more particularly the beaches from the air thanks to this initiation to microlight piloting. You will fly on board a gyrocopter; a machine halfway between a helicopter and a plane. It is easy to fly and has great manoeuvrability.

The Vendée: the ideal region to fly a microlight

From Luçon, in the heart of the Vendée, set off for a unique initiation into microlight flying. You will have the opportunity to fly over Ile-de-Ré, Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Rochelle or even La Tranche-sur-Mer. A flight between land and sea awaits you!

Course of the initiation to the piloting of a microlight :

• Welcome by your instructor: briefing (20 minutes), discovery of the rudiments of piloting, pre-flight visit of the ultralight.
• Boarding in the pilot's seat and final safety instructions.
• Take off for a 30 minute initiation: vertical and horizontal trajectory changes, take-off and landing in the pilot's seat.
• The instructor will of course be at your side to give you the indications and instructions to ensure a safe flight.
• Return to base, landing and debriefing with your instructor.
