- Make your own bowl with your own hands.
- Nathalie will finalize your creation (firing and glazing), which you can pick up a few weeks later.

Lack of kindness. I was hoping for a good time and it wasn't to be. I didn't go for the performance but for the discovery. As I had difficulty completing certain steps on the first try, Nathalie insisted on reminding me that I was struggling, so often and in such a tactless way that it became heavy and burdensome. I'd have been better off going to my chess class that evening, I'd have had a much more enjoyable time.

Hello, As a preamble, I'd like to point out that this is the first time I've left such a comment, but my friend and I must bear witness to the appalling behavior of Nathalie, the teacher during this workshop. I would also like to point out in good faith that we were 15 minutes late, and that we are fully aware that this is very inconvenient for the service providers, but that unfortunately public transport didn't spare us that day. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and had of course warned Nathalie on whatsapp with our apologies. I'll give you a factual and chronological account of what happened. The welcome wasn't the warmest, but I can understand that given our lateness. Then Nathalie asked us if we'd brought tea towels as requested, which we hadn't. She showed her annoyance with a sharp "no". She shows her annoyance with a rather inappropriate tone. I've done several similar courses elsewhere without needing tea towels to wipe my hands, since we dip them in buckets of water to clean them. And we were indeed able to do the whole workshop without needing them, so his annoyance could have been avoided. But that's where things start to go wrong. During Nathalie's explanations, my friend and I had a sneezing fit because the apartment was so dusty, a fit that was doubly severe because of our spring allergies. Nathalie suggests we go and lighten our noses, but as I've run out of tissues, I suggest we go and borrow some toilet paper. To which Nathalie violently replies "No, it's my toilet paper, don't touch it" or "You're starting to get me drunk". Nathalie then expressly refused to allow us to take care of ourselves; my friend and I were literally dripping with water. She then gives us the pottery aprons and yells at me that they're "not made for wiping". I'm increasingly outraged by her behavior. She continues to attack us, "This isn't kindergarten", "How old are you?", "What do you do for a living?" with a contemptuous tone. We explain that we have allergies to spring and also to her dusty apartment, but she contradicts us by saying that she should "cancel the workshop as we're sick"... We both work for luxury brands and know the value of service. We are extremely shocked by Nathalie's behavior, and at the same time very surprised that such a famous brand as Funbooker would offer such a service. My aim here is not to harm Nathalie, but to denounce a more than disrespectful behavior that Funbooker should pay attention to, for the sake of its image. However, I would like to emphasize Nathalie's professionalism, since despite this unhealthy atmosphere, we went ahead with the workshop and did indeed make some ceramics. I hope you will pass on this information to Nathalie and that she will seriously reconsider her actions. I would like Funbooker to be able to offer better experiences for their customers in the future. Kind regards

Nathalie taught me the basic skills and knowledge of shooting well. It was a small group, so it was easy to follow instructions. However, from the beginning to the moment I took the ceramics, she was very unpleasant and impatient. Even though it was an introductory class, where we were all complete beginners, she yelled at every mistake. By the end of the two hours, it was too much. I felt judged throughout the course, so I'd recommend another course if you're looking for a friendlier atmosphere.

I'll write this comment in the hope that it's not representative of all the classes: I had a very unpleasant time during this class, which I hoped would be instructive and relaxing. However, it has to be said that the instructor made ONLY negative comments, was very impatient and unteachable on the two occasions I saw her (during the class, then when collecting the bowl). Normally I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but twice in a row is a lot. I hope this comment will help him to improve as a human being. I'll go back to cheaper and hopefully more caring lessons with someone else.

Great result for a technically difficult manual activity, but all the materials are there. Too bad the accompaniment is jovial with a quick lack of patience.

Nice experience, marred by a strong smell of tobacco and Nathalie's coldness on the phone.

Nathalie is a person devoid of patience and pedagogy. The resulting bowl is so small that it's unusable. What's more, after 5 minutes in her workshop, I almost died from cat hair.

You can't refuse a gift 😊 an opportunity for me to experiment with the art of pottery. Very instructive and interesting. Especially if you like handling clay, which I don't 😏 However, I recommend the experience. Nathalie will arrange for you to proudly display your personal masterpiece and who knows, reveal your hidden talents?
