Experience the art of ceramic modeling with Amélie. In this workshop, discover the pinching technique and shape two porcelain pieces right in your hands. Let your creativity run wild and learn various decorating techniques to personalize your creations.
Workshop Schedule
- Welcome and Introduction: Amélie will introduce you to her world and explain the different steps of clay modeling as well as the “pincé” technique.
- Introduction to modeling: Shape a ball of clay, then gradually hollow it out using your thumb. By gently pinching the clay and rotating it in your hand, you’ll gradually give shape to your two porcelain pieces.
- Decoration and Finishing: Discover various decorating techniques demonstrated by Amélie and personalize your creations however you like.
Once your pieces are finished, hand them over to Amélie, who will take care of drying, glazing, and firing them. A few weeks later, come back to pick up your two porcelain pieces, ready to find their place in your home.

- Plan to wear comfortable clothing suitable for the workshop and for cleaning up afterward, such as leggings or pants.
