Course of the workshop (2h):
- Presentation and tour of the production site
- Introduction to fermentation and its health benefits
- Presentation of the history of kombucha and the ingredients needed to make it: tea, sugar, yeast and SCOBY.
- Explanation of preparation steps
- Kevin will give you tips on storing and caring for kombucha during fermentation.
- Tasting of homemade kombucha to illustrate flavor variations
- You'll leave with not only your drink, but also a kit so you can try the experience again at home.
