Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome to Marianne's warm kitchen, introduction to the recipe and presentation of ingredients.
• The Alchemy of Kombucha: Tame the "mother" (SCOBY) and learn how to transform a simple tea into a sparkling elixir, rich in probiotics and naturally low in sugar.
• La Madeleine Signature: Make Matcha tea madeleines as a group. Learn how to get the perfect lump while preserving the tea's emerald green color and antioxidants.
• Balance of Flavors: Work on the contrast between the herbaceous roundness of Matcha and the lively acidity of Kombucha for a healthy, sophisticated snack.
