- Welcome to Marianne's warm kitchen, introduction to the recipe and presentation of ingredients.
- Work on meringue francaise without white sugar, using unrefined blond cane sugar to obtain a shiny, smooth and delicately crunchy shell.
- Learn how to handlewhole organic almonds, which bring a unique structure and mineral richness to your shells.
