In an immersive workshop accessible to all, discover the basics of non-therapeutic well-being massage and learn the essential gestures alongside a passionate professional.You'll explore the benefits of touch through hands-on learning, focusing on know-how as well as interpersonal skills: listening, presence, adaptation and kindness.

Workshop schedule (3h):

• You come with your "model" (a person of your choice), as the training is essentially practical.
• Learn the fundamental gestures of oil massage, inspired by Californian, Swedish and Ayurvedic techniques.
• Possibility of working in pairs, with an exchange of roles: each participant takes turns as masseur and massee.
• Discover a complete massage (back, arms, legs, stomach and face), adaptable to your needs.
• A time for exchange, listening and sharing your feelings.

Accessible without pre-requisites, this workshop is for all those who wish to offer well-being to those around them, in a friendly or family setting.

At the end of the session, you'll have acquired the basics needed to perform a complete massage and provide relaxation to your loved ones. There's just one thing left to do: takeaction.
