Pastry Class Outline (2 hours):
- Make sweet pastry dough and line the tart pan.
- Make a lemon filling and a meringue.
- Learn how to use a pastry bag to decorate the tart.
- You’ll also discover all the secrets and techniques of top chefs.
- Each participant takes home their pastries to enjoy at home.
- You’ll receive the recipe sheet for the dish made during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.

EASY LEMON TART TO MAKE AGAIN AT HOME. Allow a little over 2 hours for the workshop, as there is a lot to do and you sometimes have to work fast. Take notes to complete the recipe

With the quantities we made, we could have made 2 tartlets per person instead of throwing them away and leaving with only one mini tartlet for the price of the service.
