Course of the workshop (2h):

Arnaud introduces you to the workshop and immerses you in the world of chocolate, sharing his expertise and passion.
Discover the origins and varieties ofcocoa, and learn to distinguish between chocolate made using the bean-to-bar method and raw cocoa.
Learn how to temper chocolate on a marble slab, an essential technique for obtaining a glossy, crunchy texture.
Make your own bars, choosing from a variety of organic inclusions (dried fruit, seeds...) or the purity of plain chocolate.
Throughout the workshop, Arnaud will guide you step by step, with advice on how to make each step a success.

For my first chocolate bar making workshop, I'm fully satisfied. A minor organizational glitch: more people than expected, resulting in insufficient raw materials and less support. The hygiene of the premises was not top-notch. As a result, the price was high for this service, even if the chocolate was good.
