Marshmallow bears workshop in Paris 11th arrondissement

Excellent teddy bears, fun workshop to run, good explanations of manufacturing processes, very interesting but a bit crowded.

I had a great time at this workshop! Manon is a real teacher and takes the time to explain each step clearly. I particularly liked the fact that she gave alternatives when you don't have professional equipment at home. The workshop is very complete: you leave with the recipe, a list of the equipment you'll need and addresses of stores in Paris where you can buy what you need. I would have liked to have been able to choose the flavor I put inside. And I would also have liked to leave with my own creations rather than with teddy bears already prepared by Manon. A wonderful experience, thank you Manon!

Manon passed on her passion for her craft very well: I wanted to make gummy bears again as soon as I left! The time just flew by as we got along so well during the workshop. Don't hesitate to discover this one, but also the products sold (delicious!!)
