Come and discover medicinal plants and their powers in a workshop with Elisa! In 2h30, you'll make an oil and a balm while learning the ancestral skills of herbalism.

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Theoretical explanation of different medicinal plants, skin types, oily macerates and balm-making.
• Application and realization.
• From dried plants, how to extract oil, etc.
• Using the oil, create a balm adapted to your skin type and needs.
• Leave with your own herbal balm and macerate. You'll also have your own notes so you can reproduce the recipe at home!
