Enter the world of porcelain with Camille and be introduced to this art for two unique hours! You'll create a trio of porcelain cups from A to Z!
Workshop schedule (2h30) :
- Introductions over a cup of tea or coffee to get to know each other and share your expectations and questions.
- Discover the equipment, how molds work, the difference between porcelain, earthenware and stoneware.
- Preparation of slip to understand how it works from A to Z. However, for the manufacture of your pieces during this workshop, you will use a ready-made slip.
- Prepare the colors by mixing the oxide using a color chart. Once the colors have been added to the slip, mix and cast the porcelain.
- Demolding your creations after half an hour: you remove the casting flange, with Camille carefully guiding you during this stage. You then remove the mold and add a few finishing touches, before cleaning up any remaining imperfections.
- Tidy up the workshop and use the dryer to dry the mold after use.
- Camille will take care of glazing and firing to bring your pieces to life.
This porcelain workshop is the perfect way to relax and enjoy happiness therapy!

Great workshop! Camille makes you feel at ease, explains things superbly and shares her passion. There are beautiful pieces to see and buy. Just bear in mind that we don't leave with the cups, Camille takes care of the firing and lets us choose a time to pick them up. I can't wait to see the final result! 😎 Anyway, I highly recommend it, I've never done porcelain and casting, yet I was happy with the result at the end of the workshop.
