Pastry Class Outline (2 hours):
- Make a Viennese sponge cake (chocolate or coconut)
- Rolling the sponge cake without breaking it
- Make whipped cream (chocolate or lime)
- Make a mango jelly (for the exotic version)
- Using a pastry bag
- Each participant takes home their own Yule log to enjoy at home.
- You’ll receive the recipe sheet for the dish made during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.
