Come and learn how to make your own knife from A to Z with the advice of our expert Arnaud, who is passionate about his craft and will accompany you throughout the day as you make your own brut de forge knife(100% steel, 20 to 22cm x 3cm)!

Workshop schedule (8:30am):

• Arrive at the workshop at 9 a.m. with a presentation of the premises and a coffee tasting.
• Arnaud will remind you of safety rules.
• Presentation of equipment (goggles, gloves and apron).
• We'll light the fire and practice the right strokes.
• You'll design your own knife, then it's off to the forge!
• Lunch break: bring your own lunch.
• Grinding the blade of your knife.
• Heat treatment (normalizing, quenching and tempering).
• Refining, polishing and sharpening.
• End of the day around 6:30pm, and debriefing over a beer or soft drink as you wish!
