This activity was carried out as part of a birthday party. The idea was good, but the organization didn't follow at all. We are greeted by a lady who tells us that there are a lot of us on this activity. A strange remark when you consider that the organizers have the option of confirming the reservation and therefore have the choice of saying no if they feel there are too many people. We then discover that the person who greets us doesn't work on the premises and comes to support us. She obviously doesn't have the right information, which is normal. We're then left to our own devices without really knowing what to do, or how, while the manager takes care of another group and helps them. in another room After 30 minutes, the manager comes to see us, which gives us the opportunity to tell him that we don't know anything about what to do. He allows himself a remark when he realizes that I haven't turned on the utensil to heat the wax (of course they don't tell me anything, so I don't want to do anything to avoid damaging the equipment). The choice of scents is made by essential oils. But here again, no indication from the manager on the combinations or quantities to use. The lady who welcomed us tried her best to help us, and is now walking around with a beer in her hand... Finally, we were told about a 1h30 activity on the site, only to discover that the wax actually takes 80 minutes to harden. So it's hard to plan anything after that. When we take the liberty of remarking that we need to leave, the new 6 p.m. group (we arrived at 4 p.m.) has finally arrived, so we seem no longer to exist. It's a pity, because we really had the feeling that we'd been accepted more for money than anything else, especially as other people from the 4pm group were in a room with the manager, properly taken care of, when we'd isolated ourselves. At least we had a good laugh, but learned absolutely nothing about candles, how to make them and so on. Last but not least, we discovered that the scents we'd chosen wouldn't smell once the candle was lit, when we heard the manager talking to the 6pm group. And indeed, the candles don't smell at all.

We had a great time, despite a few long stretches. Auguste is very friendly and educational. Good ideas: do-it-yourself labels and mini photo shoot at the end. The only downside was that the containers needed to be a little bigger for his creations (in terms of practicality).
