Activity description :

Join us in the Dordogne, in a natural setting, to learn how to prepare wild cuisine using the best that nature has to offer. In the company of a chef, an expert in theart of bushcraft cooking, you'll create a complete meal combining plants, wild meats, roots, fruit... You'll shop in the wild according to the seasons and your finds. You'll learn the basics, the difficulties and the advantages of wood-fired cooking.

Course of the activity (3h30) :

  • 9:30 am: Welcome participants and presentation of the workshop and the day's recipe.
  • Departure for a 45-minute to 1-hour wild harvest, depending on the season and if necessary.
  • Beginning of recipe preparation (sorting and preparation work in groups, then individually).
  • Tasting and discussion of edible wild plants and life in the wild.
  • 12:30 pm: end of workshop

Discover how to compose and cook a delicious meal with what nature has to offer. A great moment of exchange and conviviality in all simplicity.
