Would you like to go out into the wilderness and learn survival skills? Take part in this survival course in the Paris region and learn the basics of survival in the company of an expert.

Your survival course in Ile-de-France

Duration: 2 days / 1 night - From age 16 - No special physical requirements

During this survival course, you'll learn all the techniques required for survival in a natural environment. Your course starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. the following day.

Your guide: you will be accompanied by Denis Tribaudeau or a member of his team. All team members are passionate about survival and nature! So you're in excellent hands!

You'll learn :

• Eating and drinking: picking wild fruits and vegetables, observing the natural environment, finding water, trapping, preparing meals over a wood fire, etc.
• Lodging: prepare shelters, build fires without lighters, sleep in bivouacs
• Finding your bearings: map and compass, sunlight, topography
