In a studious and creative atmosphere, you'll be guided step by step through the creation of a sculptural vase, working the raw material to reveal pure, modern forms. A unique opportunity to learn professional techniques and bring a unique piece to life.

Workshop schedule (7h):

• Introduction to solid wood, presentation of professional carving tools and inspirations for contemporary sculptural forms.
• Preparation of the wood block and first roughing steps: definition of volumes and orientation of lines.
• Lunch break: please bring your own lunch.
• In-depth work on shaping : finding balance, taut lines, adjusting proportions.
• Surface finishing: refining, sanding, softening curves to sublimate the material and reveal the full beauty of the wood.

At the end of the day, you'll leave with a powerful sculptural object, designed and shaped by your own hands, a piece that blends fine craftsmanship with contemporary elegance.
