Immerse yourself in the world of plant-based gastronomy with Olivier, in an exceptional natural setting in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. This 6 .5-hour workshop combines botanical walks, wild harvesting and market gardening for a unique sensory experience, from earth to plate. Olivier Picard, a cook with a passion for plant-based gastronomy, trained in French cuisine alongside renowned chefs such as Alain Passard and Stéphane Froidevaux. An expert in wild edible plants and a qualified baker, he founded Terra Culinaria to promote responsible, plant-based cuisine. A trainer and author, he shares his knowledge through workshops, training courses and books.

Workshop schedule (6h30) :

  • Warm welcome over an original drink, followed by a 2-hour stroll around the Domaine de Blanqueirou to pick the wild and cultivated plants that will make up your menu.
  • Discover Olivier's culinary tips and sensory approach along the way.
  • Return to the estate for a tasting session of an original gourmet spread prepared by Olivier.
