Sébastien will welcome you to his brewery, where you' ll brew in 500-liter tanks! It's an excellent opportunity to discover brewing techniques! Immerse yourself in the scents of malt and hops.

Workshop schedule (4/5h) :

• Welcome to the brewery and presentation of the site, facilities and various brewing techniques.
• Discover the ingredients (malts, hops, yeasts) through a sensory approach.
• Take part in the main brewing stages: malt weighing and crushing, brewing, tank transfer, fermentation, bottling, capping, labeling...
• Finally, enjoy a convivial tasting of several beers accompanied by cheese and charcuterie in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Sébastien will passionately share his know-how and experience to help you rediscover beer in a new light.
