Beer lovers, come and discover all the secrets of brewing during a one-day workshop with Nicolas. You'll learn the rudiments of brewing by taking part in all the stages of making a predefined beer, from crushing to fermenting.

Workshop schedule (8h):

• Discover the recipe and choose your beer.
• Start brewing: crushing, mashing, mash out, rinsing, filtration, boiling, whirlpooling, cooling and fermenting.
• Brewing is carried out using the "all-grain" method on professional-quality 50-liter Polsinelli tanks.
• Storage, refermentation in the bottle and maturation are carried out by our partner.
• A few weeks later, you'll have to come back to collect your 3 liters of beer, ready for consumption.
