Discover an authentic place in the heart of Champagne and take part in a visit to the Blaise-Lourdez cellar in Damery, a charming Champagne village. Soak up the expertise of an independent artisan winemaker and taste champagnes produced directly on site.

Tasting schedule (30 minutes):

• Welcome to the cellar with a presentation of the House and its family history, run by Bruno and Isabelle Blaise.
• Explanation of Champagne grape varieties and winemaking techniques.
• Discover the different cuvées: what is a cuvée, a blanc de noir, a blanc de blanc...
• Tasting of two glasses of champagne, from among the 7 cuvées on offer, to choose your favorites
• YouTube video to see the winemaker's work in action and understand each stage in the champagne-making process.
• Talk to independent winemaker Bruno about his 100% artisanal expertise, from grape to bottle.
