Take an active part in every stage of craft beer production in this 100% hands-on workshop. You'll brew a real "all-grain" recipe, from malt crushing to fermentation, handling the equipment and discovering the key techniques.

Workshop schedule (4h) :

• Presentation of the brewing process
• Introduction to home brewing equipment
• The various stages: crushing, mashing, filtration, boiling, hopping, cooling, fermentation
• Tasting of various local craft beers
• Post-workshop follow-up: subsequent recovery of brew bottles
