Push open the doors of the Caviar de Neuvic counter, nestled in the heart of the 6ᵉ arrondissement, for a unique sensory experience based around French caviar!
Tasting schedule (1h):
During this guided tasting, you'll discover the history, commitments and know-how of a passionate producer. From the respect of the sturgeon to the elaboration of the precious caviar, each step will be explained with pedagogy.
This discovery tasting includes :
- 1 toast of caviar butter
- 1 toast of sturgeon rillettes
- 2 spoonfuls of caviar to compare
- 1 glass of sparkling wine to enhance the tasting experience
A gourmet and educational immersion to better understand caviar, savor it... and perhaps never look at it the same way again.

Learn about sturgeon breeding and the history of caviar. Tasting of 3 types of caviar with glasses of champagne + tarama toast with caviar and sturgeon rillettes. Makes you want to go to the production facility in Périgord!

Fantastic experience. Beautiful product presentation, friendly interactive exchange with discovery of associated products. Personally, I'm not a big fan of caviar either before or after, but I loved the session.
