Come and try your hand at modeling with Violaine, who will introduce you to her profession as a ceramist. She'll teach you how to create your own pieces using just your 10 fingers!

Course of the workshop (2 to 3 hours):

• First contact with the material, you'll explore your sensations with clay to prepare for modeling.
• You'll then choose the pieces you'd like to make: bowl, plate or both - the choice is yours!
• Create the piece(s) of your choice.
• Violaine will then take care of firing and glazing your ceramics, which you'll need to collect around 1 month after the workshop.

You can choose to create :

• A bowl: using the pinched clay technique, you'll shape a bowl of your choice from a ball of clay.
• A plate: come with an idea for a decoration, or Violaine will suggest print models. Make a plate, then stamp it into a mold. Demould and decorate the plate.
• A pair of bowls
• A duo of plates
• A bowl and a plate
