Cheese-making & tasting workshop in Paris 5th arrondissement

Do you love cheese a little, passionately or madly? Not at all, but you like to make things with your hands? The Cheese of the World team welcomes you to the heart of the Latin Quarter for an experience guaranteed to be 100% lactose-free!

Workshop schedule (3h15) :

• Welcome snack: tea/coffee and homemade pastries.
• Tasting: 3 cheeses selected and matured in the cellars (120g/pers, solid portion aperitif), accompanied by a glass of wine or fruit juice.
• Production of 3 cheeses: Fromage blanc - Tomme Blanche - Fromage Filé halloumi.
• You'll leave with: your cheeses, 2 molds per person and the recipe to make at home.

The program includes a tasting of fresh cheeses, three excellent cheeses from here and abroad , accompanied by a glass of wine or fruit juice. All led by a passionate cheese maker who will accompany you throughout the workshop.
