Workshop itinerary (1.5 to 2 hours):

Introduction to the world of French cheeses and the major cheese families.
Guided tasting: discover a selection of at least 5 cheeses, paired with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and gourmet accompaniments (honey, preserves, spices, chocolate...).
Games and challenges: Take part in quizzes and blind tastings to test your knowledge and refine your palate.
Production secrets: Discover production methods, the unique characteristics of different regions, and numerous anecdotes about iconic cheeses.
You’ll leave with new knowledge and valuable tips on how to taste and pair cheeses like a true connoisseur.
