This workshop is open to everyone, adults and children alike! What's more, Sara and her team will do everything in their power to ensure that you experience an extraordinary culinary workshop that will leave a lasting impression on you!

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• 1h30 private chocolate workshop supervised by an expert chocolatier.
• Learn two chocolate-making techniques: molding and dipping.
• Preparation of ganache, praline and marzipan recipes.
• Each participant leaves with his or her own chocolate mendiants.

This workshop will enable you to learn how to make different types of chocolate: ganache, rocher, marzipan... you name it! This activity is ideal for any type of event, and will give you a totally immersive experience!
