Are you a chocolate lover who wants to expand your knowledge and learn more about chocolate? Join Thibaut, artisan chocolatier and ice-cream maker, to make your own chocolate bar and learn about the origins and history of chocolate.

Turn your palate into a chocolate specialist and learn how to perceive and identify cocoa specialties. The workshop introduces you to the different flavors of chocolate and allows you to taste very different types.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome and tasting of an exquisite infusion made from cocoa beans, to tantalize your taste buds and awaken your senses.
• Demonstration of chocolate tablage (creating the temperature curve) in front of participants, then you in turn poach the chocolate in a bar mold and garnish it with different toppings. 12/15 different products available: dried fruits, spices, candied fruits...).
• A fascinatingexploration of cocoa production, from plantations to delicious chocolate bars, to better understand the fascinating journey of this delicacy.
• Tasting of fine chocolates from different origins to discover their subtleties.
• Wrapping of your creation and time for discussion.
