• The workshop begins with a few anecdotes about chocolate, its history and the work of its producers...
• You'll continue your chocolate immersion with a tour of the factory and an insight into the work of the chocolatier and artisan roaster. Each stage of production will be presented to you.
• You'll then be taken on a sensory journey, with a tasting of different terroirs. Far from standardized tastes, you'll discover the aromatic complexity of cocoa through chocolates with character. Like an expert, you'll explore a whole range of flavors: woody, fruity, spicy, tangy...
• You'll be able to identify your preferences and leave with your favorite bar and a cocoa infusion!
