Chocolate bar workshop in Pierre-Bénite (69)

Activity description :

For those with a sweet tooth, come and take part in a chocolate bar creation workshop with Lyon chocolatier Clara Pichon! The program includes cocoa discovery and the creation of a personalized chocolate bar.

Course of the activity (1h30):

• Origin and history of cocoa, how it's processed and brought to us.
• Chocolate tempering and production.
• Creating your personalizedchocolate bar: pouring chocolate into the mold using a piping bag.
• Gourmets will be spoilt for choice: pink praline, speculos, pistachio, mojito, dark, white, milk, ruby... you name it!
• After a short wait (20 min), you can unmould and enjoy your bar.
