Explore the fascinating world of specialty coffee with Patrick! This workshop will enable you to discover artisanal roasting, roast your own beans and enjoy exceptional coffees!

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Patrick shows you how coffee beans are transformed under the heat of a professional spit.
• You'll receive 3 kg of green coffee to roast your own batch using a gas roaster (15 minutes per spit, 2 spits available).
• Exploration of roasted coffees, mild and espresso methods, aroma comparison
• Coffee tasting: taste the coffee you've just roasted, as well as other selected coffees.
• Take home 250 g of freshly roasted coffee to prolong the experience at home.
