Your Commando survival course near Lens
Duration: from one day to 3 days - From 18 years old - Must be in good physical condition
During these survival courses, you'll revitalize your body, learn to channel stress and release positive energy. Each workshop will help you regain flexibility and tone.
Your guide: you'll be accompanied by Sergio or a member of his team. All instructors guarantee maximum safety.
Several courses are available:
- Escape commando camp : crossings, obstacle management, technical courses, a compendium of precision and daring.
- Boot camp commando : 18 obstacles and crossings for a thrilling experience.
- Survivor camp 2 days/1 night: paramilitary approach with obstacles, abseiling downhill and uphill, climbing...
