Immerse yourself in the captivating world of hand-crafted cutlery by taking part in a Damascus steel knife-making workshop. The Damascus blade is a particularly carbon-rich steel, with superb moiré patterns created by the crystallization of the metal.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Presentation of the course of the session, tools, machines and safety rules.
• You'll choose your favorite blade from several models available, as well as a wood of your choice which will become the handle of your knife.
• Guided by Yann, you'll make the handle of your knife by drilling the inserts, fixing the rivets, and carefully working the wood.
• You will then apply a treatment to the handle and blade to protect your knife, before finishing and sharpening the blade.

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a personalized Damascus knife, assembled according to your preferences and ready to use!
